Do your leads come with a guarantee?

Yes, all our leads come with a 6 month guarantee against defects or faults of the materials. It does not cover dogs chewing through the leads or misuse. If you encounter a problem please get in touch straight away so a resolution can be found.

Will you be releasing more colours?

Yes! Different colours will be released regularly based on popularity and request. What colour combinations would you like to see? please let me know.

How long will my order take to make?

All collars and leads will aim to be made and dispatched within two days of receiving your order. Please be mindful that DHT Design a Lead is a two man team! During busy periods i.e. Christmas, allow an extra day or two for us to get your order shipped.

Can I take my lead in the sea?

All leads that are made with the marine grade steel clip options are perfect for taking to the beach! These clips are specially designed not to corrode in salt water. If you take any of the other metalwear options in the sea they will begin to show signs of corrosion and the metal will become weak and fragile.

The Lead I would like is not available on the website can you still make it for me?

I will absolutely do my best. If there is a particular colour, size or a special feature or clip that you need please use the contact form to get in touch with your requirements. I am sure I will be able to create what you need!
